Winter Markets
Jan. 16, Feb. 20, March 20, and April 17
10AM – 2pm in the mill, 160 Benmont Ave, Bennington
This year there will be two Holiday Markets, held Saturday, November 21 and
December 19, 2009, in the mill at 160 Benmont Avenue in Bennington.
Stock up on root vegetables, fresh produce and eggs,
prepare for Thanksgiving and Christmas with local baked goods and crafts!
Also join us in the new year for three winter markets, also in the mill,
on January 16, February 20, March 20, and April 17 before the regular outdoor
market season.
Location: 160 Benmont Avenue, Bennington (the Holden-Leonard Mill, north wing)
Extended Hours: 10am 2pm

winter vegetables, organic meats, and handicrafts.

Welcome to the Walloomsac Farmers Market, Benningtons
summertime outdoor market. A producer only
market, the Walloomsac Market showcases a wide selection
of locally-grown, fresh produce, flowers, prepared foods, farm
products, select local crafts and other hand-made goods.
Set aside Saturday mornings and Tuesday afternoons
to gather with friends and neighbors
and shop for tantalizingly fresh food. Stroll along the river
walk, chat with the vendors about their wares, take in the colors
and aromas of just-picked vegetables, flowers and freshly baked
bread, listen to local musicians, watch local chefs prepare
their favorite dishes using seasonal produce, or see artisans
demonstrate their craft.
Join us each Saturday and Tuesday during the market season for this
festive community event.

Every Saturday May 9 October 31, 10am 1pm,
and every Tuesday May 12 October 27, 3:30 5:30pm
Location:
Beside the Walloomsac River walk at the Bennington Station, on the corner
of Depot and River Streets, in downtown Bennington, Vermont.
